Description

3. Prior to the commencement of the development, the application shall submit/facilitate the following for the written approval of the Conservation Officer: (x) The Applicant shall confirm in writing whether a conventional letter box will be incorporated into the new timber panelled door, and if not, details shall be submitted for an alternative position for the letter box for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer in advance of its installation.
