2. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority: a. The omission of the three canopies along the south west elevation. b. The omission of the free standing sign proposed within outdoor seating area fronting Pembroke Road c. Full details of the proposed signage to be placed on the structure including intended colours and materials, proposed lighting, fixtures and fitting. The design of the signage should be consistent with Section 15.17.5 Shopfront and Façade Design of the Dublin City Council Development Plan 2022 - 2028.
