3. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Drainage Division of the Planning Authority: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management if surface water. The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct soakaways as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE 365 and CIRIA C753. Where infiltration measures are proposed, a suitable infiltration assessment, including geotechnical test results should be submitted to demonstrate the proposed measures will function as intended. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
