Description

EXT. OF DURATION:The development will consist of alterations to the existing dwelling house, demolition of the existing single storey detached garage and construction of a new three storey detached dwelling to the south side of the existing dwelling house and associated site development works including construction of a retaining wall. The alterations to the existing dwelling will include blocking up of 4no. windows to the south elevation, removal of cast concrete stepped access to the front and side of the dwelling, works to Rathfarnham Road boundary wall to widen the existing vehicular entrance and to create a new vehicular entrance and driveway, and construction of new stepped access to the existing dwelling.
