2. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The rear dormer panel shall have a maximum width of 2.5 metres externally. b) The side dormer panel shall be set 0.2m below the ridge height of the main roof. c) The rooflight in the front roof shall be omitted. d) All windows in the side elevation shall be obscure glazed. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
