2. Amendments The dormer shall be reduced in length, a minimum separation distance from the eaves of 500mm shall be retained. The dormer shall not exceed the existing ridgeline. Revised plans shall be submitted to be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To comply with the guidance set out in Section 5.0 of Appendix 18 of the Development Plan 2022-208 and in the interest of residential visual amenity.
