3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The glazing panels to the window openings of the dormer structure shall be redesigned to retain a vertical emphasis and shall be no taller or wider than the largest first floor rear elevation window below. b) The dormer structure finish shall match the existing principle roof in terms of colour. c) The rear roof light shall be no more than 1m in height and 1m in width. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of residential and visual amenity.
