RETENTION: Retention permission is sought by Loyola Enterprises Ltd to retain the extension of the existing beer garden to the front of The Bath licensed premises at 26 Bath Avenue, Sandymount, Dublin 4 into part (34 sq.m.) of the front garden of Number 28 Bath Avenue while continuing to facilitate pedestrian access to Number 28 which remains in residential use. Retention permission is also sought to retain the boundary fences, paving, seating and fixtures in the expanded area incorporating mature landscaping to the northern and southern boundaries and timber fencing to the northern and eastern boundaries.
