Description

The development, located to the rear of no 59 Eccles Street (a Protected Structure - NIAH Ref 50070468), and just off St Joseph's Parade, consists of the proposed replacement of the existing corrugated metal sliding vehicular gates with a pair of metal gates with timber infill. The proposal also includes the reopening of the original pedestrian gate (currently blocked up) and the installation of a new single metal gate with timber infill, metal cladding to the non-original concrete head above the gates and ancillary site works.
