2. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: c) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details for the written approval of the Planning Authority: i. Following provision of a scaffold to the elevations, the CO shall be given the opportunity to inspect same to assess the condition of the brickwork. ii. A detailed schedule/marked up drawing of repairs following inspection at close quarters is to be provided. iii. Site samples/exemplars for the removal of pointing, raking out, cleaning, patch repairs, re-facing and repointing including the proposed pointing finish are to be agreed on site with the CO prior to these works commencing.
