Description

5. Prior to commencement of development, a scheme providing details of how the existing hedgerows to the site boundaries will be protected during the construction phase shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority and, thereafter, the agreed scheme shall be fully implemented on a continuous basis throughout the construction phase. In the event that the hedgerow dies within three years of the completion of the development, it shall be replaced within the next planting season with others of similar size and species unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority.
