4. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (a) Prior to commencement of development, plans illustrating provision of cycle parking for the hospital use hereby permitted shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. The quantity of cycle parking shall accord with the requirements of Table 1 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan, 2022-2028. Details of the location, type and design of cycle parking shall be included.
