4. The applicants shall comply with the following conditions for the Conservation Officer: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i. Clearer images of the affected windows and doors. ii. Revised fully detailed information (detailed conservation specification and methodology), informed by good conservation practice, on how all new work and how all conservation repairs shall be carried out with as little impact on the historic fabric and special architectural character as possible. iii. Details of all proposed finishes and materials to the proposed extension, flashing details for junctions between the new extension and the historic structure, 1:10 details of all junctions between the extension and historic structure. iv. The applicant shall clarify if the roof coverings are historic, how the proposed changes will impact on the existing roof coverings and any changes that will be required to existing rafters. v. The proposed new roof-light in the lean to roof shall be reduced in size to fit more comfortably within the area of roof. The roof-light shall be a conservation roof-light. Full details of the proposed new roof light including material and colour shall be submitted. vi. The applicant shall clarify the proposed changes required to services internally and externally (including electrical, mechanical, water supply and drainage) and shall submit revised drawings clearly indicating the location of proposed service runs, rewiring and fixtures. vii. A detailed window schedule of all windows and doors that are affected by the proposal, clarifying the provenance of the windows and doors affected. If the windows are historic, a detailed salvage strategy for the windows shall be provided.
