3. The development shall be revised as follows: i) The proposed ‘costa coffee drive thru’ signage on the northern and southern elevations including the associated double height frame shall be omitted in entirety from the development. ii) The logo and ‘great coffee starts here’ signage on the northern and eastern elevations shall be omitted in entirety from the development. iii) The applicant may include appropriately scaled fascia signage comprising either individually mounted or handpainted and backlit lettering of maximum height 70cm on the northern, eastern and southern elevations. No spotlights shall be permitted. . Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:-
