PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought at No's 20 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4 D04 C3W5 & 22 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4 D04 V5Y8 (Protected Structures) for the amendment of existing entrance gates details to form automated sliding gates to both houses, New landscaping to front and rear gardens, including reconstruction of dividing rear boundary wall. Demolition of existing non-original two storey extensions, and replacement with a garden level single story extension accommodating new kitchen / living room, and smaller extension to entry level providing bathroom facilities to the rear of both houses requiring amendments to original rear windows to both houses. Internal modifications on alterations to layout at Garden level, to provide utility and bathroom spaces, replacement of existing non-original Stairs and at second floor bedroom level removal of partition walls to provide additional ensuite bathrooms to both houses.
