Description

3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised site plan and side elevation drawings detailing the position of the existing trees and the proposed pedestrian entrance, ensuring the proposed gateway does not impact negatively upon any street trees; for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. Note: The loss or damage to the any existing street trees, including root zones, along Mount Prospect Lawns as a result of the proposed pedestrian gateway would not be acceptable.
