4. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (a) Prior to the commencement of the development, cycle parking layout plans shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement. 8 no. staff cycle parking spaces shall be provided, 6 no. short stay cycle spaces and 1 no. cargo/adaptable cycle space shall be provided. Cycle parking should be: secure (key/fob access for staff); well lit; easy to access and use; and stands should allow locking of both frame and wheel.
