Description

15. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit to and agree in writing with the planning authority a properly constituted Owners’ Management Company. This shall include a layout map of the permitted development showing the areas to be taken in charge and those areas to be maintained by the Owners’ Management Company. Membership of this company shall be compulsory for all purchasers of property in the development. Confirmation that this company has been set up shall be submitted to the planning authority prior to the occupation of the first residential unit.
