4. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The window on the on the gable elevation to the ground floor side extension (kitchen/dining room) shall be omitted. b) The window to the ground floor side extension (kitchen/dining room window) on the front elevation shall be amended to show the cill height of the window to be in keeping with the existing cill height of the ground floor windows. c) The window to the rear at first floor level to the ensuite shall be a high-level window.
