3. The applicant is requested to comply with the following Drainage Division requirements: (ii) The applicant shall submit a surface water management plan, including drawings and a report, prior to the commencement of development, and drainage works shall not commence prior to the issuing of such written approval. (iii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction Reason: In the interests of sustainable drainage
