3. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction. d) The design and construction of the proposed soakaway must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. The developer shall submit full details demonstrating feasibility of the proposed Soakaway, including Percolation tests, shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to submission of the commencement notice.
