3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council; a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority, revised plans that show the new building line set back into the site and the provision of a minimum 2m wide public footpath along Watling Street.
