7. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a)The minimum 4.8m wide laneway shall function as a shared surface and be designed in accordance with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS) and Dublin City Council’s taking in charge standards. Revised plans illustrating the layout of the full laneway and the junction with Maxwell Road including materials, line markings, street lighting and drainage shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
