3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, incorporating the following amendments: a) The roof over the rear pantry and storage area shall be amended from a pitched roof to a flat roof. b) The pitch of the sloping roof over the kitchen extension shall be lowered in order to reduce the impact of the extension on the adjoining properties. c) The proposed widening of the existing vehicular entrance shall be omitted and the vehicular access shall be retained at the existing width of 2.9m. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity and in order to comply with Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028.
