Description
The proposed development comprises site clearance works and the construction of a new part 4- and part 5-storey apartment building with a gross floor area of 2,657 sq.m. A total of 36 no. 1-bedroom apartments are provided and all the proposed units are intended to be used as independent living accommodation for ‘Older Persons’ only. Every apartment benefit from either an east or west facing private terrace / balcony.
