7. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: c) The car parking space in front of the apartment block, adjacent to the junction with Maxwell Road shall be omitted. A suitable low boundary treatment along the widen laneway and a secure and covered cycle parking space serving the first floor apartment shall be provided. Revised plans shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
