3. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The drawings to be amended to show a reduced height roof, over the rear kitchen area extension, to match that of the dining room. b) A detailed drawing of the stairs to the attic level at a scale of 1:20, and a methodology for the installation, including all mitigating measures that would be taken to preserve as much of the character as possible of the stair hall at this level. c) All rooflights shall be conservation grade roof lights and a specification and detail drawing shall be submitted d) Details of the materials for the garden building shall be submitted. Reason: to protect the amenities of the adjoining property and in order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structure
