Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Proposed investigative / opening-up works to include : trial pits, boreholes and soil core samples within ground floor of building and on adjacent external site; temporary lifting of area of roof slates in selected roof locations; removal of wall plaster and opening-up of wall masonry in selected locations at various floor levels; removal of ceiling plaster in selected locations at various floor levels; opening-up of floorboards in selected locations, at various floor levels -please refer to Conservation Report and Proposed Works document enclosed for further details.
