3. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be adhered to: c) Following a detailed inspection where modern/unoriginal interventions are removed, the Applicant is requested to submit drawings of all proposed repairs to original ceilings and walls for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of the repairs commencing, and shall facilitate a visit to the site by the CO if required.
