5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) A Residential Mobility Management Plan shall be prepared and submitted to the Planning Authority for the proposed development prior to the occupation of the development. The plan shall address the mobility requirements of future residents and should promote the use of public transport, cycling and walking and other shared mobility options available. The residential travel plan shall identify car club spaces outside of the development and in the vicinity of the site.
