2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division of Dublin City Council; c) In order to provide a new shopfront that would be considered to enhance the special architectural character of the ACA and SPC, the applicant shall submit revised drawings showing the following information to the CO for their written agreement in advance of works commencing: (i) The proposed lighting shall be backlit with luminaires of a temperature scale that is appropriate to the special architectural character of the ACA and SSPC (ii) The proposed orb to No. 51 shall be omitted. d) During the course of the development, and in advance of this package of works commencing, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Details / Samples of the proposed joinery details. Samples of the proposed lettering.
