8. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of the development full details of all potential works to the public road, shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. The applicant/developer shall liaise with the Traffic Advisory Group (TAG) to ascertain their requirements in relation to the provision of a loading bay along Bolton Street. Any works to the public road considered acceptable to Dublin City Council shall be carried out at the applicant/developers’ expense. Note: The applicant/developer is advised that some alterations to the road network may be subject to statutory process under the Roads & Traffic Act.
