5. The following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section shall be complied with: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as shown on Proposed Site Layout Plan drawing – drawing no. PLA-005 and report which includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753.
