Description

The development will consist of the demolition of selected external walls to rear structure (ground floor) and the construction of ground floor single storey flat roof extension to rear (totalling approx. 42sqm). The development will also include alterations to internal layouts, demolition of rear shed, removal of outer front door, proposed rooflights, changes to selected existing window opes, installation of solar panels and all associated site works.
