4. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: b. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: i. Revised drawings showing the proposed width of the vehicular entrance reduced to 3m. ii. Revised drawings showing the new front wall elements to be solid brick and solid stone. The construction of a concrete wall with brick / stone cladding is not supported. New brick to the boundary wall shall match the existing in colour, texture, material and coursing and shall be pointed in lime mortar to match piers. Additional coping shall be granite to match the existing. iii. The existing non-original gates shall be modified to fit the 3m vehicular entrance. iv. The proposed intercom shall be located on the west face rather than the front face of the east pier. v. The applicant shall submit details of the mechanism for the electrical gate and all associated services.
