2. The development hereby permitted shall incorporate the following amendments, revised plans shall be submitted for written approval by the planning authority prior to the commencement of development; a) The roof extension shall be a half hipped or Dutch gable roof. The dormer extension shall be reduced in width if necessary to ensure that it does not project beyond the slope of the revised roof profile. If the front roof lights need to be relocated this shall be included in revised drawings submitted. b) The east facing window at attic level shall be fitted with obscure glazing and permanently maintained as such.
