Description
2. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) The large window/sliding door shall be omitted at first floor level rear elevation (Bedroom 2) and replaced with a smaller window to harmonise with the windows of the adjoining properties. b) The first floor side elevation window to bedroom 2 shall be omitted. c) A 1.8 metre high opaque privacy screen shall be provided to obscure the views of the bedroom window to the properties to the rear. Details to be submitted. d) The flat roof area over the single storey extension shall not be used as a deck/terrace.
