5. An archaeological assessment (and impact assessment) of the development shall be carried out, including all temporary and enabling works, geotechnical investigations, e.g. boreholes, engineering test pits, etc.. The assessment shall be prepared by a suitably qualified archaeologist and submitted to the Planning Authority no later than 3-months from the date of this permission. Where archaeological material is shown to be present, a detailed Impact Statement shall be prepared and the applicant/developer shall liaise with the City Archaeologist to ascertain any further requirements.
