10. Prior to the first occupation of the development, the developer shall submit to and agree in writing with the planning authority, a scheme for the effective control of fumes and odours from the premises to be implemented and permanently maintained within the development. Reason: In the interest of the amenities of both the immediate neighbours and general surroundings.
