3. The development shall be revised as follows:- a. The dimensions of the double height window on the south-western (side) elevation serving the stairwell shall be reduced to a maximum of 500mm in width and be of opaque glazing only. b. The proposed roof light on the front roof plane (serving the bathroom) shall be reduced in size. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority
