4. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The parapet and finished roof height of the two storey rear extension shall be reduced in height in order that it is no higher than the eves level on the existing dwelling and so that it is as physically and visually disaggregated from the rear roof plane as possible. b) The first floor element of the front 2-storey bay extension shall be omitted from the proposal, and the remaining ground element satisfactorily tied back into the dwelling’s existing front elevation , or the proposed 2-storey front bay extension be omitted in its entirety. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
