3. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of development, details of the design of cycle parking serving the development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheels and frame to be locked to the stand.
