3. The applicant shall ensure the following conservation directives are implemented: d) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, Conservation Section: i. The applicant shall provide a 1:20 drawings of the proposed staircase, for the written agreement of the Conservation Section. ii. A detailed methodology for the enlargement of the existing opening to the rear of the structure and any necessary structural works and interventions required to facilitate the enlargement of the opening shall be provided to the Conservation Section for their written agreement in advance of works commencing on site. A qualified conservation Architect (Grade 1 or 2 Conservation Architect or equal) shall be appointed to specify and design this aspect of the work. iii. Samples of the proposed external vents for the on the rear and/or side elevations shall be provided, for the written agreement of the Conservation Section. iv. The applicant shall submit revised floor plans which avoids partition walls in close proximity to windows.
