3. The requirements of the Planning Authority's Conservation Division shall be undertaken as follows: a) The following details shall be submitted in advance of the execution of these particular areas of work: (i) 1:10 junction details between the partitions and the window mullions, and the downstand beams at ground floor level. (ii) Larger details of the fixings and installation of the proposed chair lifts. (iii) Method statement for the fire upgrading works, demonstrating how existing historic fabric will be protected during the works.
