Description

3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall employ a suitably qualified archaeologist or built heritage specialist to carry out a building survey of the surviving wall in accordance with best practice (See Historic England Level 3 specification, Understanding Historic Buildings, 2016). The report shall contain accurate elevation drawings and a survey of historic mapping and be submitted to the Planning Authority for its written approval.
