Description
4. The developer shall comply with the following Transportation Division requirements of the Planning Authority: a)Within 2 months of the Final Grant, the Applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority a revised drawing for written agreement, showing the following changes: i. The north-west pillar/boundary wall of the vehicular entrance servicing dwelling no. 47 Dunree Park, Donaghmede, Dublin 5 shall be relocated to provide for a maximum of 3.0m in width and shall not have outward opening gates. ii. The southern pillar/boundary wall of the vehicular entrance servicing dwelling no. 47A Dunree Park, Donaghmede, Dublin 5 shall be relocated to provide for a maximum of 3.0m in width and shall not have outward opening gates. The applicant shall construct the vehicular entrances within 2 months of a written agreement in accordance with the revised drawing approved under this Condition.
