2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i) The replacement of all upvc windows is acceptable and the applicant is requested to submit 1:20 drawings of each window type, including any original historic survivals to adjacent structures that inform the proposed pane arrangements and joinery profiles. Details of proposed glazing is also to be provided, including 1:5 details demonstrating that historically-proportioned glazing bars can be provided with the proposed slimline glazing. The applicant shall be satisfied that any proposed slimline glazing conform to EU directives. ii) The existing timber sash windows shall be retained and repaired, full details of which are to be submitted. iii) A revised AHIA shall be submitted (removing references to other Protected Structures).
