3. a) A detailed landscape refurbishment scheme for the existing courtyard open space, inclusive of full planting and hardworks details and play features/units for younger children shall be agreed with the existing management company and submitted to the planning authority for agreement prior to the commencement of works. The works shall be completed prior to the occupation of the new residential units.
