4. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: i. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall prepare and submit a drainage layout indicating how both foul and surface water are to be managed for the development, for written agreement Planning Authority. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water.
