6. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: a. Details in relation to the proposed area to be cleaned and a justification for cleaning and the scope of all cleaning and repointing. The applicant shall submit a drawing of the area to be cleaned. b. Details of the scope of the proposed internal plaster and other conservation repairs. c. A certified tester shall be appointed to ensure that the lightning protection is functioning correctly. d. A section drawing through the new window in the Tennant Hall clearly indicating the detail at the head, the spandrel, and sill. e. A section drawing through the roof of the Tennant Hall indicating the fixings and photovoltaic panels and associated safe access mechanisms. f. Data sheets for the proposed Spanish slates. g. Details of new opening and door/gate in the Lodge. i. Completed schedule of windows and accompanying drawings to indicating new tie wires/support bars and details of waterproofing. j. Details of the ventilated storm glazing. k. Details of the trimming of the area to be removed for the lift on the lower ground floor. l. Structural details for the new opening at lower ground floor level.
